AI Systems Lab is a membership community operated by Adam Stewart through Digital Bond (ABN available on request). By applying for or joining AI Systems Lab, you agree to these terms of service.
Membership is by application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. Founding member pricing is locked for the duration of your continuous membership. If you cancel and rejoin, the founding rate is no longer guaranteed.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Annual memberships are billed as a single upfront payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Monthly members can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual members have access for the full 12-month term. We do not offer pro-rata refunds on annual memberships after the first 30 days.
New members who join, attend the sessions, and actively participate in the first month may request a full refund within 30 days if they do not find value in the community. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and require evidence of participation.
All content, templates, workflows, and materials provided through AI Systems Lab are for your personal and business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share membership content with non-members without written permission.
Members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, spam, or behaviour that disrupts the community experience. No refund will be provided in cases of removal for conduct violations.
AI Systems Lab provides education, tools, and community support for implementing AI in business. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or return on investment. Results depend on your individual effort, business context, and implementation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
